Do I have to create an account?
No. ShiftPro works completely offline, on your device. The account is for two things: syncing your shifts across several of your devices, and keeping ShiftPro Premium tied to you rather than to the phone — so, since version 1.0.8, you get it back by signing in on another device, even with a different Apple ID.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Without an account nothing leaves the device. With an account, sync runs on European servers over an encrypted connection. See theprivacy policy.
Is the pay estimate official?
No: it's an estimate worked out from the figures you enter (hourly rate, supplements, thresholds) and it doesn't replace your payslip.
How do I manage the Premium subscription?
From your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You can cancel whenever you like; access lasts until the end of the period you've paid for. Details in the terms of use.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Settings → Sync → Delete account (in the app, still in Italian: “Impostazioni → Sincronizzazione → Elimina account”). Deletion is immediate and permanent.
